Summer Lovin'

Yeah, its been too long.  Apologies for that.  I promise to get back into it.  I only have a few last assessments to finish for the semester before a few gorgeous months off so I will be able to find a bit more time.
I'll have to make a big post with updates and pictures.  So much has been going on!! :)))  We just spent 4 days up north with my sister, BIL and nephews.  It was just amazing.  We were outside on adventures from 8am until 8pm.  Heaven in a handbasket I tell you.  We ventured up to Quebec for a hike, zipline/rock climb adventure and the outdoor kids adventure park.  Woot, how much FUN that was!  We ravaged my sisters trampoline and pool.  We went to the beach, explored the lakes and spent an entire afternoon riverside.  The ottawa river is just spectacular!  I wish we could have had weeks upon weeks up there.  The girls didn't want to leave.  Ill be making a post full of awesome pictures from our mini vaca.  Lexi has started tball.  She plays Wed evenings (tonight, in fact, is her teams first game!) and practices bright and early Saturday morning (HEllllOOOOO 9am!).  Shes getting pretty damn good, it is totally her knack.  She still has gym, her big final competition is in June as well as Brooklyns first show.  Alexis is so excited.  She will be competing a beam and floor routine as well as a bar exhibition.  Little lady is just so damn amazing, as bias as I may be.  We constantly have coaches coming up to brag on her, they just love her almost as much as we do!!  Im such a proud mommy.
Right now, I am out back relaxing, at 9am it is already 27 back here.  It is going to be a hot, hot day.  We decided to buy a new wall them. a few weeks back it pure curiosity of the heat back here.  Amazing!  We have one in the front, in the sun.  We have one out back, in the shade!  The difference of as little as 5 to as much as 15 degrees.  It is just unreal.  Luckily isnt hasnt been too hot that we cant enjoy ourselves out here.  Maybe Ill have to get a mini a/c for the deck.  haha!  We bought the girls a new pool.  It has replaces our hot tub.  So much more enjoyable!  It is 12ft by 6ft and fits exact on the lower deck.  Of course we had to purchase outdoor heavy duty foam mats to go underneath.  Definatly dont want a splinter in the hiney :)  If I sit in the pool, the water reaches to about my shoulers when filled up to the top.  During the week though, I keep it at half mass for safety of the munchkins.  But watch out, by Friday we will be filled and dippin'.  We are also on the seach for a very, very, very special suprise.  I cant share just yet, its a seeeecret!  Lets just say, it is ALL the girls talk about!  Our last outdoor project (other then the usual planting and pretty yard decor) is in the works.  Our 15ft shed will be made into a playhouse for my darlings.  2 windows that open and a skylight made it possible.  We are very fortunate for the people before us to buy the shed a mear 7months before they sold it to us :)  With a fan in toe, mini couch, table and toys, they are going to be in little girl HEAVEN!!!
A month and a half until our 2.5 week Europian vacation.  Portugal, Spain and France HERE WE COME!!!!!!! (and Italy if we can find a good reasonable train).  We are also going camping in a cabin for fathers day.  3 days of outdoor bliss.  Other then that, you will find us at the splash pad, park, outback, marineland with friends or at the beach.  My summer babies are happy little lovies!
