Seriously, I know most people say it because they are bias but DAMN my children are freakin' perfect! After our shoot we were asked if they could be "test models" for Deb and another photographer of hers so they could practice and learn lots of new tricks.  Why?  Because my babies love the camera and the camera LOVES them! Oh yeah, and because they are perfect :)

ok, well in southern ontario.  Atleast it has been for the past 4/5 days!  Our temps have been in the mid to high 30s (high 90s) with a heat index into the 40s (between 106-110).  Its been HOT!  Luckily, we have made the best of it and enjoyed our time together as a family.  Saturday we headed to Abs parents house (THANKS PADDIE AND STEVE!  The girls are SOOOO lucky to have such an amazing set of 4th "grandparents" lol) to spend the afternoon in the pool with our favorite people.  Saturday night we had a party ala violante residents.  Thanks to those who came and enjoyed the day with us!  All the kids had SO much fun and once tuckered out and sleeping, the parents enjoyed some UFC, BBQing and cake (of course).  Sunday we headed to K and Js for a huge Canada Day weekend BBQ.  Gosh now THAT was a blast!  Hot as it was, the 20plus kids and adults all had a grand time and I cant wait to do it again as soon as we get back from Europe.  Here are a few (sorry so little, I didnt really get out of the pool myself) pics.  Im waiting for more pics from Sunday and then I will post a bunch of those.

and we got CUPCAKES!  Check out the cupcakes I made for Lexis year end party.  Each paper and pencil was handmade with fondant and the chalkboards/chalk and apple for the teacher and EA were also crafted out of fondant.

Last weekend the girls had a grand ol' time spending the day at grandpas.  We had a big BBQ with my dad, step mom and grandparents.  The girls had SO much fun and are so excited to go back again and again.  Heres some pics of our day.
