To all my fellow Canadians, Happy Canada Day from our family to yours. Here is one of the cakes I made for this weekend. It was a blast to make and "perfection to the max". I know I've been slacking lately, I have SO much to update on...I know I know. Its been a busy summer thus far but so much fun. We enjoy this family time to the limit. Baking has been on a....side burner? Wouldnt say back, cant go that far LOL. Atleast I would never *say* it was back there and not mean it *snicker*. Ok ok, here it is Ladies and Gents.
Canada Day *party* cake topped with confetti to celebrate our amazing country and Mr. Moose who couldnt miss out on the fun! French Vanilla cake with custom vanilla butter"moose" and MMF with a hint of french vanilla itself. All peices hand crafted (yeah, even the maple leaf. I was proud of that one).
